"At one community pool, our monitoring team detected someone trying to break into the locked bathrooms after hours. When police were called, the individual moved toward a storage closet holding pool chemicals, maintenance gear, and the camera NVR equipment. Thanks to the rapid response, police arrived in time to make an arrest - preventing safety hazards and protecting valuable HOA assets from theft or damage.

In another neighborhood, our cameras spotted a group of non-resident teenagers entering the pool area during the day and causing property damage. Our operators quickly notified police, which led to one arrest and multiple trespass orders. Since then, the community has reported no repeat vandalism."
